Customer Success Manager (German-speaking)

full-time, Helsinki

As a member of our Helsinki-based team, you’ll be supporting our clients and community and taking part in making Selma as the friendliest, most exciting way to take care of their finances. 😊

You’ll be at home with Selma if you

  • are tired of the old and dusty financial world and want to make it sparkle

  • like to interact with clients and think they should have an impact on product development

  • enjoy learning new things, working closely with others and experimenting with ballsy ideas

Skills we’re after

  • Business degree with a major or minor in banking/finance (BBA or similar) 

  • Proficiency in English and German 

  • Excellent communication skills and great with customers

  • Basic interest and understanding of financial markets 

  • Curious and self-driven “get stuff done, well” -attitude

A plus

  • Experience in a customer success position 

  • Swiss German

As a core member of our Helsinki-based crew, you’ll work side-by-side with the lead designer and the growth team.

Among other things, you will 

  • Support our clients and prospects through chat, calls and emails 

  • Support the customer onboarding process together with our partner bank 

  • Build and manage engaging email journeys 

  • Implement best practices and processes that will help the customer success team grow 

  • Develop and manage customer support pages and FAQ templates

  • Be involved in building the Selma community further 

  • Ideate and conceptualize ideas to engage our customers 

  • Collect and structure client input and feedback and 

  • developing our product towards better customer happiness together with our product team,
