You’ll be at home with Selma if you

• want to shape the way how a friendly financial brand expresses itself 

• believe clients should have an impact on product development

As a core member of our Helsinki-based crew, you’ll work side-by-side with the lead designer and the growth team.

Among other things, you will 

• Work closely with the design lead in scaling and developing a consistent brand identity

• Facilitate workshops and conversations that help other teams incorporate visual and emotional design

• Ideate and conceptualise creative campaigns as part of  the growth team

• Build reusable templates and image assets for marketing

• Create visuals for ads, blogs, emails and SoMe posts (stills, GIFs, SVG animations etc.)

• Edit videos for ads and social media posts

• Use SquareSpace and our tools to assemble custom campaign pages

• Ideate, create and produce OOH ads, company swag and other print products 

• Creatively think how to pair top-notch copywriting with visuals that stand out

3. A final talk
Let's bring our CEO to the table and have the final talk about you starting at Selma!

If we end up using your designs in our business without hiring you, we’ll compensate for your time, of course! The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate has been found.

Selma as your workplace

Selma is a growing startup with 8 gals and guys from Finland, Switzerland, Austria and Ukraine. Although most of us choose to work from the office in the central Helsinki, remote work is part of our backbone. That means we arrange every meeting remote-first, and share everything from emails and plans to meeting notes and design drafts in the company chat. It also means that you can work remotely when it fits the schedule.
